  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  4. 4Garnish with an orange slice, maraschino cherry and a cocktail umbrella.
