  • Honey syrup (2:1 honey/water)2 cl
  1. 1Make honey syrup by mixing honey and hot water 2:1, then cool.
  2. 2Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  3. 3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. 4Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist.
