  • Fresh lemon juice2 cl
  • Raspberry syrup or fresh raspberries2 cl / 5-6
  • Egg white1
  1. 1Muddle raspberries (if fresh) with lemon juice in shaker.
  2. 2Add gin, raspberry syrup, and egg white.
  3. 3Dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds to build foam.
  4. 4Add ice and shake again vigorously for 15 seconds.
  5. 5Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
