  1. 1Muddle fresh raspberries in a shaker.
  2. 2Add gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white.
  3. 3Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds.
  4. 4Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  5. 5Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  6. 6Garnish with 3 fresh raspberries on a pick.
