  • Absinthe (rinse)a dash
  1. 1Rinse a chilled coupe glass with absinthe, then discard the excess.
  2. 2Combine gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  3. 3Shake well for 12 seconds.
  4. 4Strain into the absinthe-rinsed coupe.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist.
