  • London Dry Gin6 cl
  • Dry vermouth1 cl
  • Lemon peel or oliveto garnish
  1. 1Chill a martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
  2. 2Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  3. 3Add the gin and dry vermouth.
  4. 4Stir for 30–40 seconds until very cold and slightly diluted.
  5. 5Strain into the chilled martini glass.
  6. 6Garnish with a lemon twist (expressed and dropped in) or a green olive.
