  • Fresh lemon juice2.5 cl
  • Sugar syrup1 cl
  • Soda waterto top
  1. 1Combine gin, St-Germain, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake for 10 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  4. 4Top with soda water.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon slice and edible flowers or cucumber ribbon.
