Ingredients
- Dry white Burgundy wine (Aligoté)9 cl
- Crème de cassis1 cl
Instructions
- 1Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of a wine glass.
- 2Top with cold dry white wine.
- 3Do not stir — let the cassis marble through naturally.
- 4Serve immediately, without ice.
