  • Aged dark rum3 cl
  • Orange curaçao2 cl
  • Orgeat (almond syrup)1.5 cl
  • Fresh lime juice3 cl
  1. 1Combine all ingredients (except dark rum) in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass or tiki mug over crushed ice.
  4. 4Float the dark rum on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
  5. 5Garnish with mint, a lime wheel, and a paper umbrella.
