  • Fresh lime juice3 cl
  • Sugar syrup2 cl
  • Fresh mint leaves10–12 leaves
  • Soda waterto top
  1. 1Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and sugar syrup in a highball glass.
  2. 2Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. 3Pour in the white rum and stir gently.
  4. 4Top with soda water and stir once more.
  5. 5Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wheel.
