  • Dark Jamaican rum6 cl
  • Fresh lime juice2 cl
  • Fresh orange juice6 cl
  • Grenadine1.5 cl
  • Angostura bitters2 dashes
  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake well for 12 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  4. 4Garnish with an orange slice, lime wheel and a cherry.
  5. 5Add a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
