  • Passion fruit liqueur (Passoa)2 cl
  • Fresh passion fruit juice2 cl
  • Vanilla syrup1 cl
  • Fresh lime juice1.5 cl
  • Prosecco (on the side)5 cl
  1. 1Halve a passion fruit and scoop the pulp into a shaker.
  2. 2Add vanilla vodka, Passoa, passion fruit juice, vanilla syrup, and lime juice.
  3. 3Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
  4. 4Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. 5Float half a passion fruit shell on top as garnish.
  6. 6Serve with a shot glass of Prosecco on the side.
