  • Demerara sugar syrup1 cl
  • Angostura bitters2 dashes
  • Orange peelto garnish
  1. 1Add the demerara syrup and Angostura bitters to a rocks glass.
  2. 2Add a large ice cube.
  3. 3Pour in the aged rum.
  4. 4Stir slowly for 20–25 seconds.
  5. 5Express an orange peel over the glass, run it around the rim, and drop it in.
