  1. 1Combine all ingredients except pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake well for 15 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
  4. 4Top with pineapple juice and stir gently.
  5. 5Garnish with pineapple slice, cherry, and paper umbrella.
