  • Rhum agricole blanc (Martinique)5 cl
  • Cane syrup (sirop de canne)1 tsp
  • Fresh lime (half a small lime)½ lime
  1. 1Cut a small disc of lime peel and squeeze into a small rum glass or rocks glass.
  2. 2Drop in the squeezed peel.
  3. 3Add the cane syrup.
  4. 4Pour in the rhum agricole.
  5. 5Gently stir — or swizzle — to combine.
  6. 6Serve at room temperature or with a single ice cube.
