  • Sugar syrup2 cl

  1. 1If using egg white, dry shake all ingredients first (no ice) for 15 seconds.
  2. 2Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.
  3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  4. 4If no egg white, shake all ingredients with ice and strain.
  5. 5Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
