  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice.
  2. 2Dry shake for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. 3Add ice and shake again vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. 4Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist.
