Ingredients
- Gin4 cl
- Cointreau2 cl
- Fresh lemon juice2 cl
- Egg white1
Instructions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice.
- 2Dry shake for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- 3Add ice and shake again vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 4Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 5Garnish with a lemon twist.
